This dress may be overlooked compared with all of the fancy trimmed dresses, but it’s just fabulous for Nellie before she was adopted. The quality of the workmanship is still beautiful, it’s just the extras aren’t visible (ribbons, gimp, satin, etc.). Rest assured that a lot of thought went into this dress just as in all of Cindy’s creations. I love the colors in this dress; they make it not just a “plain” dress, even though it’s not a fancy one. Okay, it makes sense to me. 🙂
