If any of the item(s) ordered are no longer available, you will be sent an Availability Notice along with an adjusted order total. We will request your final approval before processing your order.

If
you have selected PayPal as your method of payment,
in addition to the automatic Confimation Notice,
you will receive an Availability Notice confirming
that all items ordered are still available. Upon
receiving the notice, your PayPal payment is expected
within 24 hours. Items ordered
will be held for 24 hours only.
If
any of the item(s) ordered are no longer available,
the Availability Notice will include an adjusted
order total for your approval. If approved, your
PayPal payment is expected within 24 hours. *If
you place an order for a 0ne-of-a-kind or similar
outfit, at or about the same time as someone else
who is using credit card as their method of payment,
the credit card order will be given precedence over
the Paypal order.
We ship only to a confirmed PayPal address.
The Dollies' Dressmaker requires a confirmed PayPal address in order to be protected from fraudulent transactions. If shipment to an address other than the confirmed PayPal address is desired, please contact The Dollies' Dressmaker.
Do not send payment until you
have received the Availability Notice from The Dollies'
Dressmaker.
Failure to do so, will
result in a 10% penalty deducted from any reimbursement.
The
Dollies' Dressmaker is not liable for lost or
damaged packages after the order has been shipped.
An insurance option is offered in the shopping cart
check out to protect your order.
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
The goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 4-5 business days for order processing. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days but occasionally an item you order may need to be constructed before shipping. Allow an additional 2-3 days after your order ships to arrive. This time can be longer during the holidays.
After you place an order, you will receive a link enabling
you to check at any time to see if your order has been
shipped by The Dollies' Dressmaker.

RATES:
The Dollies' Dressmaker shipping
rates are calculated by "Units".
Generally speaking 1 outfit is equal to 1 Unit. There may be an occasional
exception to this. Below you will find the shipping rates per Unit.
For patterns, 1 pattern is equal to 1 Unit.
For fabric, 1/2-yard is equal to 1 Unit.
1 Unit =$6.00
2 Units =$6.75
3-4 Units =$7.75
5-6 Units =$8.75
7-8 Units=$9.75
9-10 Units=$10.75
